How to Become a Star Employee

Registering with us is easy. Here’s how our process works:

    1. Application
      First, you’ll need to apply in person at one of our offices, or submit an online application. Please complete all work history and give us a call once completed.
    2. Screening
      We want to know more about you. We’ll ask you to complete an applicant questionnaire that helps us understand your availability, location preference, work experience, and salary requirements.
    3. Interview
      Your Star representative will meet with you one-on-one to gather more information about your experience, work history, skills and what you’re looking for in a career.

      • We’ll use this information to present you with job opportunities that are right for you.
      • We can coach you through the client interview process, to ensure you make a great impression.
    4. Verification
      We will verify your work references.  Then, depending on the assignment, additional background and drug screening may be required.
    5. Training and Orientation
      To keep you safe on the job, you’ll watch a safety training video and get a detailed overview of the company and job requirements.
