Nicole Serres joined Star Staffing in 2009 as an Account Manager. In November 2010, Nicole was appointed Vice President and Co-Owner. Since joining Star, Nicole has strategically expanded Star’s brand and portfolio of business, improved execution across territories, and increased market share. In those nine years, Star Staffing grew from three offices to nine, 11 internal staff members to 53, and over 4,000 employees. The company nearly quadrupled in revenue since 2009 and is on track for continued expansion. Star Staffing has graced Inc. Magazine’s list of fastest-growing companies for 3 years in a row.
Nicole played an instrumental role in leading the recent partnership of the Career Center at Sonoma State University’s School of Business and Economics (SBE Career Center) where Star Staffing connects students with employers and provides career advice.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Nicole Serres is the youngest recipient of the Forty Under 40 and Women in Business Awards from the North Bay Business Journal recognizing outstanding leadership.
