Kai brings more than 20 years of staffing industry leadership, beginning his career in 2004 and progressing through roles spanning recruiting, client delivery, branch leadership, multi-unit oversight, and executive operations. He has led teams serving clients in manufacturing, logistics, administrative, and professional sectors — consistently strengthening service outcomes, improving workforce strategies, and building scalable, high-performing staffing organizations.
Throughout his career, Kai has been recognized for his ability to strengthen workflows, enhance recruiter performance, and integrate cutting-edge staffing technologies to improve speed, accuracy, and client results. His deep commitment to people, processes, and innovation aligns powerfully with Star Staffing’s mission to exceed expectations through integrity, safety, and operational excellence.
